Rich opened School Employees Insurance the Rich Israel Agency in 1996 and built it into one of the top 1% of agencies nationwide. His success is a result of an unrelenting focus on customer service, deep understanding of marketing, and an ability to bring together top talent around a common purpose. The agency focuses on making sure clients are adequately covered on there personal insurance needs while getting the best value available. Rich also specializes in helping clients identify, set, and achieve their financial goals. He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table which is a professional organization that less than 1% of the world’s most successful financial professionals qualify for.
Rich enjoys time and travel with his wife Annette and their two boys Nicholas and Andrew. He also enjoys boating, and attending various sporting events.

I oversee the day-to-day operations in our agency and work closely with our local schools setting up partnership programs and educational seminars tailored to the school's individual needs. I have supported the education community for over 15 years as a teacher, volunteer and committee member.
Assisting our local school district employees & their families with their retirement, life, home & auto insurance in the most cost-effective plan is my primary focus. I graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in technology. My goal is to provide you the service you expect and the honesty and integrity you deserve.

I graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in management. After working more than 10 years for Horace Mann Insurance as a regional assistant and a national recruiter, I realized I wanted to personally help educators and their families plan and protect their financial futures. I began working for Horace Mann because of the emphasis we place on serving the needs of America's educators. I'm committed to providing my clients the service they expect and the honesty and integrity they deserve. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy movies and reading and I am actively involved with my alumni at UNLV. I also enjoy attending UNLV sports games and volunteer at local non-profit organizations such as Three-Square. I am a long time AZ resident, married with 5 children and a dog. I enjoy many activities including being active in my church, reading, traveling and anything else in the beautiful state of Arizona. I have served in the customer service capacity for 30 years and in the insurance industry as a licensed agent for the last 3 1/2 years. Assisting you with choices regarding coverages, policy types and the benefits of transferring risk are what I am passionate about. I have worked in both personal and commercial lines of insurance, but my preferred area of insurance are the personal lines of home, auto and umbrella coverages, I look forward to working with all of the great educators in and around the Mesa and Chandler school districts.
